After serving as a state and federal prosecutor for the Western District of Kentucky, attorney E. Brian Davis established the Davis Law Firm in 1996. His time as a prosecutor was spent handling all types of federal crimes including white collar crimes and serving as Senior Litigation Counsel. As a lawyer in private practice, that experience provides him with insight as to how prosecutors establish and try cases, along with a thorough knowledge of federal sentencing guidelines.
